It is clearly understood that this pup is being sold only as a pet, not as a show or breeding animal. The registration will be LIMITED. It is representative of it’s breed and is structurally & temperamentally suited as a companion or obedience dog.
AKC registration certificate will be given within 10 days of the purchase or as soon as it is returned from the Kennel Club Registry.

This pup is guaranteed for the initial two days against any HEALTH irregularity. A vet check by your own vet is strongly recommended during this first two days. If the pup is found to be unhealthy by the buyer’s own vet, during the initial two days of placement, a purchase price refund will be given when the pup is returned to the seller.

A further guarantee is given for the occurrence, within the first year, of any hereditary defect, which renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. In the case of such an event, with a written vet report, a replacement pup or a refund, (Sellers Discretion) will be given, when one becomes available.

No other guarantee is implied or given.

If, during the initial two days of placement, the buyer wishes to return the pup for reasons other than stated above, the seller will withhold from the purchase price, the advertising cost to re-advertise the pup, re-issue the health certificate & registration papers.

The buyer, as of the date of this sale releases Catherine or Roland Wetherbee & Beau Meadow Farm & Kennel from

Responsibility for damages done or bills incurred, on behalf of this puppy.

As a further obligation of the buyer, it is agreed that this dog will not be re-sold or placed, without first offering

Wetherbee/BeauMeadow Farm & Kennel “first right of refusal”.
